MeanCycles was created to give customers the best value on quality parts for all makes and model bikes. Customer Service is our number one priority. We will work with all customers on a one to one basis to give the best service possible. We can help you choose what accessories will best fit your needs when modifying your bike. We ship all our products to your door throughout the United States and Worldwide. MeanCycles also works with motorcycle clubs and associations worldwide and also with the local motorcycle community, so don't be surprised when you see us around local events. Our 2400 sq. ft. warehouse is located in beautiful Miami, Florida, USA.

To obtain an RA number you must call within 10 days from the day you received the merchandise. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on the return form. Any unathorized returns will be refused and sent back to customer. If package is refused by customer without an authorization; customer will be responsible for outgoing & incoming shipping. For further assistance, please call 888-486-6326 to speak with a customer service representative. Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. PLEASE BE DETAILED WHEN ORDERING SPECIFIC PARTS AS SOME PARTS WILL FIT ONLY CERTAIN MOTORCYCLE MODELS. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part. No returns on Electrical products or Windshields. There is a minimum of $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee for returns which ever is greater and a $10.00 fee for exchanges. Once an order has been placed, the customer has 1 hour to cancel the order with no penalty. After 1 hour, the order cannot be cancelled without a 20% cancellation fee. All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a MeanCycles customer service representative. We do not warrantee the items sold by us, manufacturers supply their own warranties and do not permit us to accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. No refunds on closeout or blemished items. All exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , Virgin Islands , APO/FPO addresses – a minimum of $10 or 10% of order sub-total depending on the weight and size of the package. International shipping –will vary, depending on method, size, and weight of the product. For a quote please email us to info@meancycles.com Most of our international orders are shipped via United States Postal Services Air Mail to minimize cost. Customer is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes and brokerage fees that may apply. MeanCycles tries to find the most cost effective and reliable shipping methods for all customers.
