Takes only a couple minutes ...you will have to cut the exsisting robber shift peg...good sharpe utility knife does the trick..just one cut the lenght of the rubber and it removes easily...keep it in a safe place incase you ever want to put it back on...your new cover fits pretty snug once in place..I didn't use any tape to build up the metal peg..instead I used automotive adhesive/silicon..put a generous amount inside the new cover and push on over the peg slowly til it bottoms out..give it a couple spins over the peg and line it up so that the top and bottom rubber pads are verticle..your set screw should be facing straight towards the rear and just snug it down..good to go in an hour.

Looks great, but not a perfect fit. Rubber pushes out if you tighten setscrew. Ended up using crazy glue instead. If you don't mind cutting, drilling, and tapping your stock shifter, get one of the other universal pegs that screw in.

Nice looking cover but very small set screw - must be very careful not to over-tighten or it will break

Had to cut the stock rubber off, then wrap the shaft with a couple rounds of electrical tape. Buy superglue gel for best results.

A bit cheap, forget the silly set screw and just glue it in place. Looks great.

Looks good, but it moves around quite a bit. I followed the install instructions to a 'T', but the set screw doesn't ever set onto anything and even with the tape, it still feels a bit loose. I may rate this a bit higher when I've had time to play with the fit.

Part Looks Great. Slides right on, you either need to tape the peg first or use a super glue to keep it from spining on the peg, the set screw is a joke.
