The end result is that the tach looks good and is well secured using the adapter metal piece of the relocation kit; however, the instructions fall way short. It does not tell you where to cut the rubber windgard so that the the cowl can be easily put back on. It's left to you to guess where to cut. Also, a "how to" video on the web somewhere would have saved me countless hours and frustration. To make the final fit look good, I had to buy black car door trim to hide the jagged edges of cutting the thick rubber windgard.
