Sorry, I cannot agree with the first review that was posted. I contacted the mfg direct and was looking at 5-8 weeks to get the fairing, because of demand. That being the case I would have to say that it was probably not mean cycles that created the delay. As far as the mounting hardware, it’s not mean cycles job to build your bike, they sell parts so that you can do that. Reading the mfg install directs could have eliminated that problem. None the less I called mean cycles and they had a gps fairing sitting on the shelf. They pulled the fairing from inventory, inspected the fairing and called me to notify that it had a small scratch. They went the extra mile to send me pictures and worked with me on the pricing because of the scratch. I asked to have the fairing shipped next day and to my knowledge so far I will be receiving it today. (Keeping my fingers crossed) In short I have had nothing but the best experience dealing with MEAN CYLES and would strongly refer them.
