The bikes still have a slow shift action. Not what you want when on the half mile or Super Motard racing or jumping those doubles or splitting that lane.

Factory Pro's opinion is that if you nudge the bike out of one gear, it ought to go into the next gear.

The stock shifting can be sketchy with ghost neutrals under even recreational use.
