Returns Policy

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RA number you must call within 10 days from the day you received the merchandise. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on the return form. Any unathorized returns will be refused and sent back to customer. If package is refused by customer without an authorization; customer will be responsible for outgoing & incoming shipping. Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. PLEASE BE DETAILED WHEN ORDERING SPECIFIC PARTS AS SOME PARTS WILL FIT ONLY CERTAIN MOTORCYCLE MODELS. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.

No returns on Electrical products or Windshields.

All returns must be within 10 days from time the order was received. A charge of 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Once an order has been placed, the customer has 1 hour to cancel the order with no penalty. After 1 hour, the order cannot be cancelled without a 20% cancellation fee.

All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a MeanCycles customer service representative.

We do not warrantee the items sold by us, manufacturers supply their own warranties and do not permit us to accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item.

No refunds on closeout or blemished items. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. MeanCycles is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
