Saw ur message. You will need to upgrade ur flasher unit from the stock delay/thermal unit to an electronic one. When I bought my taillight I thought it came with one. Not sure what they include now. The electronic flasher isn't load dependent so it'll flash less at a normal rate. By taking ur stock halogen bulbs out the flasher is reacting the same as if you had a blown bulb.
