Not happy with the part? You can return any new item within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If order was $99.00 and processed under free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses paid by MeanCycles for delivering the part, this is not a restocking fee.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RA number you must call within 30 days from the day you received the merchandise. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the RA number written on it as well as on the outside of the shipping box. Upon shipping obtain a tracking number for your records and make sure package is sent insured and well protected.
Upon reception, returns may take 48 to 72 hours to be inspected. Depending on the method of payment, refunds may take 3 to 7 business days.
All returned products must be new uninstalled or unused in resalable conditions with the original box and/or packaging undamaged.
Any merchandise that has been “taken out for a ride” or installed on the bike is considered used and cannot be returned.
Any electrical part that has been removed from packaging or with the manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
Windshields are non-returnable.
Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are non-returnable.
Wheels, custom made seats, custom handlebars, custom cables, painted parts or special order parts are non-returnable.
No refunds on closeout or blemished discounted items.
Customers are responsible to cover shipping expenses back to MeanCycles.
Most manufacturers offer warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact us for assistance.
