This 18mm axle nut was a life saver! I ride a 09 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom SE. I had to slide the axle out and slip it back through the other direction to get the side mount license plate on the left side of the bike. The nut protrudes into the side mount license plate so there's no need to buy a longer axle. Wish I would have bought this sooner.
