I had the same issue with the powder coating but my Dremel made short work out of it. AS of the rest of the install it went fine and the bike looks great only issue caused by the design is the bolt for the chain guard is obscured by the bracket and will be a bitch to remove to service the chain, but other wise it seem fine.
