Hello motorcycle friends, I live in Germany and have ordered an ultimate seat. Unfortunately the Ultimate Seat company sent me the wrong seat. I reported this error to Mean Cycles and received great service. The right seat from Miami arrived in Germany within just 8 days. Mean Cycles has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Within 5 minutes of placing my order I received a call to verify the order details and make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was shocked at the amazing customer service and even if the product wasn’t quality I would give them 5 stars for that alone. BUT the badges I got were fantastic and of the highest quality. I constantly get compliments on my bike and the badges were the final touch on the aesthetic I was going for. Very happy with the whole experience with these guys.

JC at Mean cycles is the best, the company went out of it's way to help me find a customer and a seat for my V-Rod. They didn't have to do anything but they did. I live in Wisconsin and they put their boots on and did what they had to deliver for a customer. Fantastic service. Anyone who is bashing them is just being vindictive. I give them 10 Stars.
