Installation: The original exhaust manifold with catalytic converter and the electronic exhaust valve system remain in place. Simply unscrew the stock muffler, install the El Capone muffler, and you're ready to go, legally . All necessary mounting hardware, your vehicle registration certificate , and installation instructions are included.
