easy install, good quality. one small slice in the bottom of the seat material nothing major that i would cry over. con is the seat was longer and a bit wider then my passenger sissy bar and the material seems to rub on it. i wont know for sure but it seems to be okay for now. if not a simple peice of leather on the bar will prevent ripping.
con 2 had to really jump on the new seat to make it lock into place.
pros, was price, comfortness, back support!!
