The parts were labeled wrong right was left left was right,but this was very easy to see and a phone call to MeanCycles cleared this up. The parts worked very well my wife loves the way her bike rides now! I did change the setting on her shocks when I installed the kit to make up for the lower ride. It did take some grinding to make the parts fit but all in all it was not very hard at all. And something you can do in the driveway or garage.
